Cozy riverside retreat!

Had an awesome time at this B&B! The breakfast spread was simply delicious—eggs and pastries every morning! Also loved chilling by the river. it was super relaxing. One thing though—the room was just a bit on the snug side for my taste.

The common kitchen felt cramped for preparing meals!!! It's surprising they didn't offer more dining options nearby during off-peak times!!! The temperature control in the room was inconsistent, impacting comfort!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect right by the Ottawa River with a beautiful park across the way. John and Parissa prepared a hot breakfast every morning at 8:30, and there’s plenty of food available throughout the day. The kids loved the kayaks and bicycles available for rent, making our cycling adventures so much fun!

The spiral staircase to the bedroom might be tricky for some.

There was also a lack of soundproofing that made it hard to enjoy complete quiet during the night.

The serene atmosphere by the river was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast spread featured plenty of fresh pastries and the homey environment made me feel welcomed. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit with a gorgeous river view after a long day of exploring.

The room felt a bit snug, which may not suit everyone's preference.
